ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE :

ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

PRODUCTS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH ALL TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT.

CERTAIN CATEGORIES, SUCH AS INTIMATE WEAR OR ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE, ARE STRICTLY NON-EXCHANGEABLE. PLEASE REFER TO THE PRODUCT PAGE FOR SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS.

CONDITION OF EXCHANGED ITEMS

ALL EXCHANGED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION, FREE FROM ANY DAMAGE, STAINS, OR SIGNS OF WEAR.

EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REASONS RELATED TO COLOR VARIATION, SIZE PREFERENCE, OR PACKAGING PREFERENCES.

IF THE OUTER PACKAGING APPEARS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, KINDLY REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

PLEASE ENSURE THE ITEM IS SECURELY PACKED TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT.
